Roenna age 92 of Medinah; Beloved husband of Marianne (nee Scheunert Chittenden) and the late Juanita (nee Reily); Father of Faith (Mark) Reed; Dear uncle of Donald (Ramona) Lachata and the late Carole Gunderson. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II, he was an Army Ranger and former P.O.W. Family and friends are asked to gather Tuesday 9:00 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL. 60172 (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.) Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Entombment Mt. Emblem Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4:00-8:00 p.m. For info 630-889-1700. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Legion Post 1084 Roselle,Illinois.

Dear Marianne, We are very sorry for your loss. We hope that Bob went quickly and peacefully and you were able to be with him at the end.
