Sue N. Boudros

Sue (Soula) Boudros nee Athanasia Anagnostopoulos, age 67; of Pelagos, Greece was sleeping peacefully when her soul left her body on February 1, 2016. She was the loving and devoted wife of Nicholas since Nov. 9, 1969 and Cherished mother to Henrietta, Gus, Alex and Christopher.  Sue was long time resident of Oak Park, IL. All who knew her will miss her laughter and her generosity, her amazing cooking and her no-nonsense advice. She was a beloved sister toYannis, Dimitri, Panagioti and Hristina residing in Greece and dearest Sister-in-law of Panagiota, George, Kanella and the late Stavroula. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews in USA, Greece, Canada and Australia. She touched the live of many, and will live on in our memories forever. Many thanks to all the friends and family who visited and provided support, especially to the caring and compassionate professionals at Oakbrook Health Center who provided care during her last days. Thank You to Father Dimitri and Father Athanasios for providing spiritual support. Family and friends will meet Friday morning for visitation from 10 a.m. till time of funeral service 10:30 a.m. at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church 601 S.
