Robert F. “Bob”, “Butch” Wendell, Sr., Beloved husband of Cathy (nee Focht), It was love at first sight; Devoted father of Bob, Jr.(Michelle) and Gina (Andrew) Rapacz; Dearest son of the late Francis and Henrietta Wendell; Loving grandfather of Ryan, Lauren, and Allie Wendell, and Sarah and Nikki Rapacz; Dear brother of Genevieve, Mary, Doris and the late Patricia; Dear uncle of many dedicated nieces and nephews. Bob grew up on the west side of Chicago and was a general foreman of City of Chicago Painters. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a friend to all he met.
