Stelios “Steve” Markellos Res, 47, Born in Chios, Greece; Devoted father of Markellos; Cherished son of Kalliopi (nee Chalos) and the late Markellos Res; Loving brother of Irene Res, Joanna (Nicolaos) Spinos, John, and George; Dearest uncle, cousin and friend to many. Steve was an owner/operator of Markellos Bakery, located in Chicago. Visitation Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 4 – 9 p.m. at Salerno’s Galewood Chapels 1857 N. Harlem Ave. Chicago, IL. 60707. Family and friends are requested to meet Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church 6041 W. Diversey Chicago, IL. for 10:00 a.m. Funeral service.
