My deepest sympathy to the Family and friends of Frankie, I have the best memories of Frank, his smiling face, and concern for others, like a big brother to many he always watched out for us.I haven't seen Frank in years but thought and reminisced with other offend. My his memory be eternal, R.I.P. Frank, you will be missed. ❤❤❤❤

I was saddened to hear of Frank Tortorich death. I hope you will accept my most sincere sympathy and condolence. Frank was well liked person by all.
